Hi, I'm Jeanette

I’m the founder of Ash CRM Consulting, and I help lean nonprofit and small business teams make Salesforce, HubSpot, and CRM systems easier to understand, trust, and use.

My work sits in the messy middle between people, process, and technology. I help teams clean up data, simplify workflows, improve reporting, and build systems that support how people actually work.
